RFI for Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Other Special Services

The government authority located in Washington, DC is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing monitoring, evaluation, learning, and other special services. The agency needs to address requirements across multiple technical areas, including mining and minerals, infrastructure, environment, energy, sectoral assessments, feasibility studies, and technical road mapping.
