The agency is seeking a stable, production-ready, cloud-hosted or on-premises operational equipment asset tracking solution to improve the management and accountability of operational equipment. This solution must enable the efficient tracking, assignment, and return of assets while maintaining a clear, auditable record of equipment use in a high-demand operational police environment. The system must support operational workflows and provide appropriate access control without introducing unnecessary complexity or administrative burden. The project covers the design, supply, implementation, and support of the tracking solution, which must host and store all application data, configuration data, and audit records. The agency requires a fully developed, production-ready deployment rather than a pilot or developmental implementation. Performance of the work will take place offsite over a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations located in Canada.
