RFI for Oracle Applications Database Administration

The issuing agency is seeking information to identify vendors capable of providing Oracle applications database administration. The agency requires support to modify current capabilities alongside software maintenance, sustainment, modification, system design and development, and system performance and metrics. Additional needs include performance monitoring, database design and development, test and evaluation, maintenance, training, integration, migration, risk management, configuration management, documentation updates, meeting support, helpdesk support/diagnostics, production support, and Commercial Off the Shelf upgrades. The scope covers cloud environments including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Exadata Clouds Services, and Cloud 1 across development, test, training, reporting, data conversion, staging, production, and disaster recovery environments. The selected provider must coordinate operating system database, WebLogic, application, and other solution component upgrades. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to establish budget expectations.
