Common Use Passenger Processing Systems

Denver International Airport is seeking a vendor to provide a fully hosted and managed cloud-based Common Use Passenger Processing System. This information technology solution must enable multiple airlines to share existing airport infrastructure, including computer hardware, peripheral equipment, and local area networking, to control passenger and flight processing through each airline's own host systems. The agency requires a combination of on-premises components and cloud-hosted services optimized for performance, reliability, and compliance with Transportation Security Administration and Federal Aviation Administration cybersecurity directives. The selected vendor must support any issues with hosted services in the cloud, including servers, workspaces, virtual firewalls, and cloud networking appliances. The hosted solution must be supported by a minimum of two separate cloud data centers and feature redundant network connections to the Denver International Airport network. Additionally, the scope of work covers cybersecurity vulnerability monitoring and management, endpoint workstation and peripheral health monitoring, cloud server health monitoring, and the establishment of measurable service and capacity Key Performance Indicators. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations. The performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for three years.
