Parking Access Revenue Control System and Structured Cabling System

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a parking access revenue control system (PARCS) and a structured cabling system. This system must control a gated, ticket-in, Pay-on-Foot, central-cashiered setup with credit card pay-at-exit capabilities.
