The District is seeking a cloud-based automated technology solution for the capture and indexing of medical records into its content management platform and Epic electronic health record system. This solution must process an average of 1.5 million images annually while requiring minimal hardware infrastructure to be installed locally. The system must utilize Optical Character Recognition and Natural Language Processing to successfully index non-uniform outside records. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America.
