Workday Student Faculty Compensation Solution

The agency is seeking a vendor to configure and implement a Workday-compatible module that simplifies the payment and accounting workflows for Part-Time Faculty contracts. This solution, which may be an Extend app, must serve a volume of 500 to 1,000 instructional assignments per term. The system must provide an interface for HR, Finance, Payroll, Academic Admin teams, and faculty to view, edit, or cancel assignments, contracts, and corresponding pay amounts. The requested scope of work requires the ability to update contact hours, course section units of measure, and other course section details. The module must use course section assignment start and end dates for the activity pay period and allow the timing of contract issuance to depend upon whether a class runs. The solution must also support current worktag validation rules, batch process contracts to allow for assignment changes prior to the term start, communicate assignment details and pay amounts to instructors, and provide pay amount auditing. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to perform this work. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of three years. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
