Assessment Data Management System

The agency is seeking a comprehensive assessment data management and reporting platform for districts to securely collect, store, and analyze assessment data. The system must integrate with the district's Student Information System, the data hub, and third-party benchmark assessment entities to consolidate student data. It must also feature an API integration to push assessment results to the MISTAR Gradebook and integrate report card marks from both MISTAR and PowerSchool. The platform must perform daily syncs with the Student Information System every twenty-four hours to update faculty roles and permissions. The agency requires interactive dashboards with point-and-click filtering by demographic, teacher, or grade level, alongside activity tracking for user updates to student records. The requested scope covers system setup, onboarding, configuration, single sign-on, data mapping, dashboard setup, project management, hosting, maintenance, upgrades, and standard support. The selected provider must facilitate the creation and administration of classroom and district-wide benchmark assessments while supporting broader district and intermediate school district data reporting, analytics, decision-making, and multi-tiered systems of supports. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The performance of the work may take place either onsite or offsite. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget for a contract period that will span three years. A pre-proposal meeting will take place on June 10, 2026.
