Online Recovery Residence Certification Portal

The Minnesota Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to develop, implement, and maintain a fully accessible, externally hosted Recovery Residence Portal. The agency is trying to streamline the recovery residence certification process, establish a public complaints system, and maintain a statewide registry of certified recovery residences. The project covers the creation of an interactive policy review checklist for each property, integrated reminder and notification settings, a public complaints portal, a recovery residence registry, and a resource hub. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency has not specified a set budget and is looking for proposals to determine the cost. The contract period will span twenty months.
