The requested solution must integrate with ticketing systems containing Configuration Management Data Base repositories and utilize a single license structure that allows role-based user accessibility. Additionally, the software must feature a Single Sign-on interface with Active Directory, incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities, and generate reports to track application form types and identify missing or incomplete application documentation. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The agency expects the performance of all associated work to occur offsite.
