Learning Management System

The agency is seeking a service provider to deliver a Learning Management System for training and policy management. This platform will solve the agency's need for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, automation, and delivery of learning and compliance programs. The system must support the rollout of training to a group of up to 1,000 staff members at any one time. The scope of work requires a platform capable of hosting both in-house custom-made courses and externally procured courses. The selected provider must deliver full training for all administrators to develop course material on the platform, along with user guides and customer service backup. The requested solution must feature a preview area for reviewing and testing changes before they go live, and it must facilitate self-paced learning so staff can study at their own speed and schedule. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in Ireland. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
