RFI for Cloud based Enterprise Network Management System

The issuing agency is seeking information for a cloud-based enterprise network management system to support network administrators, engineers, security personnel, and IT operations staff. The agency needs a solution that provides end-to-end network visibility, automated change management, Zero Trust security support, application performance monitoring, policy-based network management, automated troubleshooting, and comprehensive network monitoring capabilities such as bandwidth and traffic flow. The system must also support situational awareness, configuration management, IPv4 and IPv6 assistance, network discovery, topology mapping, network automation, and customizable dashboards. The agency requires the system and its implementation to adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including Security Technical Implementation Guides, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program standards if applicable. The solution must integrate seamlessly with existing agency systems, including Remedy and ServiceNow ticketing systems, Active Directory for authentication, Infoblox for DDI context, Cisco network devices, and other IT systems determined during implementation. Eligible respondents must be onshore United States organizations only. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Questions regarding this Request for Information must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
