Evidence-Based Practices Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a user-friendly and accessible evidence-based practices platform for behavioral health professionals. The system must allow a network of approximately fifty service providers across various organizations to share knowledge and access best practices. The scope of work requires the vendor to manage evidence-based platforms, hubs, or other knowledge-sharing systems. The selected partner must curate and validate resources to ensure they are relevant, evidence-based, and focused on behavioral health topics. Additionally, the vendor must provide ongoing user technical support and respond to inquiries from agency staff and the provider network in a timely fashion. Bidders must have experience in curating best practices and evidence-based resources for healthcare organizations, with a preference for behavioral health topics. Eligible bidders must perform the work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for one year.
