RFI for Enterprise Asset and Work Management System

The issuing agency is seeking information on an enterprise asset and work management system capable of supporting a corporate system-of-record model, integrated financial governance, lifecycle asset planning, and phased enterprise implementation. The agency needs to understand how the recommended architecture would function in a municipal environment where ERP, GIS, and lifecycle modelling tools already exist. The desired system must manage asset hierarchies, unique asset identifiers, and prevent duplicate datasets, while handling complex asset relationships linked to customers, properties, or service locations. The agency requires a solution that integrates with citywide asset management or lifecycle modelling platforms to incorporate capital planning and renewal programs into operational work. The system must support lifecycle cost tracking from acquisition through disposal, high-volume service requests, inventory optimization, and the tracking of maintenance tools and equipment. For field operations, the solution must offer compatibility with ESRI portal and enterprise systems to enable mobile data access, real-time labor entry, inspections, and work order updates. Eligible respondents must be located onshore within Canada only. The performance of the requested work will take place entirely offsite. Interested parties must submit their responses digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
