Cloud-Hosted Computerized Maintenance Management System

The District is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, cloud-hosted Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) platform. The agency needs to improve operational efficiency, increase visibility into maintenance activities, enhance reporting and analytics capabilities, support mobile field operations, and ensure long-term scalability for future operational needs. This solution must support facilities operations, preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, asset management, inspections, reporting, inventory management, and long-term capital planning activities across all District facilities and properties. The requested scope of work requires the platform to be web-based and compatible with mobile devices, including support for talk-to-text functionality. The system must also support secure access from both mobile and desktop environments. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital response submissions via email or online.
