Commitments Management Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to develop and implement a new commitments management solution to replace its current standalone commitments database. The agency needs to efficiently manage the breadth of campus commitments, improve the user experience, and increase visibility into the university's ongoing financial obligations. The project scope covers identifying, documenting, and managing all functional and technical requirements needed to complete the project successfully. The selected vendor must handle the development and testing of the commitments management solution, which must integrate with the existing on-premise Oracle Hyperion application. The final phases of the project require formal sign-off, rollout, and internal staff knowledge transfer. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite.
