RFI for Radiology Dictation Platform

The agency is seeking information to identify a vendor capable of providing a comprehensive radiology dictation platform. The required platform must feature real-time speech recognition, support both front-end and back-end speech recognition, and outline any voice profile training requirements. Additionally, the system must incorporate specialty-specific radiology vocabularies, ambient listening capabilities, noise cancellation, and structured reporting. The scope of work also encompasses template management, macros, auto-text, and standardized reporting support. The agency requires the platform to facilitate critical findings workflows, addenda and corrections, and peer review workflows.
