Remote Patient Monitoring Solution

The John Peter Smith Hospital health network is seeking a vendor to provide a remote patient monitoring solution to improve patient outcomes and enable early intervention. The agency requires a remote monitoring platform that supports continuous or near-real-time physiologic monitoring, as well as intermittent monitoring of blood pressure, weight, oxygen saturation, and glucose. To support timely intervention, the platform must deploy dashboards, alert workflows, escalation pathways, and role-based work queues with configurable alert thresholds. The scope of work covers implementation support, training, device logistics guidance, and post-go-live optimization. The agency requires a cloud-based or cloud-ready architecture with scalable performance, secure user authentication, role-based access, and API support for integration. The solution must support seamless integration with the existing electronic medical record and other approved operational systems to enable bidirectional data exchange. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite.
