Enterprise Resource Planning Consulting Services

The City of Palm Coast is seeking enterprise resource planning consulting services to assist with the development and selection of a new ERP system. The agency needs a cost estimate of a suitable ERP system broken out by category or module, such as financial and HRIS. The requested solutions and recommendations must consider scalability, regulatory changes, remote access, cloud and API readiness, user friendliness, mobile connectivity, data encryption during export, and cybersecurity. The selected consultant must develop a document incorporating the history of the project, a high-level description of the city's current environment, and the city's desired approach to implementing the new ERP solution. The scope of work also requires the development of a comprehensive project implementation plan containing all implementation tasks, deadlines, milestones, sign-offs, review periods, and deliverables. Additionally, the consultant must monitor data conversion and migration, develop test scripts based on functional requirements, and review progress toward the project timeline milestones. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal-based pricing.
