Safety and Disability Management Software

The City is seeking an integrated safety and disability management software system to support compliance, incident management, return-to-work coordination, and safety training across multiple departments and facilities. The agency needs to centralize health and safety data, including incidents, inspections, and training, alongside disability and absence case management. This system must enhance early intervention in injury and illness cases to support faster, safer returns to work while promoting proactive risk identification through analytics and dashboards. The scope of work covers incident reporting and investigation workflows with web and mobile access, training management for registrations and certifications, and inspection tracking. The software must feature real-time dashboards for Total Recordable Injury Frequency, severity rates, and claim costs, alongside customizable reports aligned with Certificate of Recognition safety audit requirements. The system must integrate with employee information, vacation and sick leave balances, and emergency contacts, while providing secure upload and storage for medical forms with strict retention controls. The agency requires a mobile-responsive design compatible with iOS and Android devices. The selected provider must conduct discovery and configuration workshops to set up workflows and forms aligned with City processes, incorporating role-based access controls. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only.
