Ticketing System

The University is seeking a modern ticketing system to provide a positive patron and brand experience while capturing full patron data, analytics, and reporting. The agency needs a user-friendly, efficient solution that allows for real-time tracking and revenue updates. The system must support paid tickets, complimentary tickets, and free registration-based events, as well as the creation and management of discount and promotional codes. The scope of work requires a solution that utilizes innovative technologies such as dynamic pricing, social media integration, digital ticketing, and electronic ticket transfer. The system must capture and store customer patron information per purchase, transaction, or donation for each department. This stored information must integrate with other functional components for ticket sales, donor tracking, and patron relationship management. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
