Cloud-Based Financial Reporting and Budgeting Software

The agency is seeking a cloud-based financial reporting and budgeting software solution. The selected system must address four distinct categories: financial reporting software, budget reporting software, capital budget production, and strategic plan production. The agency requires a system that can import financial data from Munis, perform journal entries and budget amendments to imported balances, and make global changes to documents. For budget reporting, the software must group imported accounts by defined characteristics and include a backup documentation manager with multiple signoff levels, version tracking, and conflict tracking. The capital budget production component must track the progress of project tasks and expenditures after budget adoption. For strategic planning, the software must create strategic plan documents with goals, objectives, and action plans by year, group objectives by focus areas or target groups, and link the strategic plan to budgeted line items and actual general ledger activity. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
