Museum Collections Management Software

The University of Alberta is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based museum collections management software. The agency requires integration of the new software with existing systems, including a media file server, a barcode system, an IPT server for publishing to the Global Biodiversity Information Facility, and the university single-sign-on system. The system must facilitate easy uploads of media and digital assets, with potential for future integration with other university repositories. The agency also requests a roadmap for future integrations with developing technology to ensure long-term sustainability. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located in Canada.
