Cloud-Based Parking Permit and Citation Information System

The City is seeking a cloud-based parking permit and citation information system, which includes software, implementation services, training, and technical support. The agency needs to optimize workflows, reduce redundancy, and streamline permit and citation tracking through an adaptable framework that can expand with evolving organizational needs. A primary focus of the project is migrating historical permit and citation data from legacy software or Excel spreadsheets into the new architecture. The scope of work covers go-live transition planning, user acceptance testing, and the design and configuration of application environments, including existing systems integrations or APIs. The selected provider must implement, configure, and oversee the acceptance of the software platform while ensuring the solution follows city IT security standards to protect data confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Additionally, the project requires identifying necessary process changes and participating in or leading the associated change management activities. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to occur offsite.
