The Alaska-based government authority is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive corporate card services program. This program must support procurement, travel, and payment operations across the entire system. The authority aims to maximize financial returns through rebates and incentives while improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes. The requested solution must be cloud-based and support both API and batch integration. It must deliver real-time or daily processing capabilities, mobile functionality, and receipt capture with optical character recognition. The system must also simplify reconciliation, enhance compliance controls, and support the strategic expansion of electronic and virtual payments. The authority requires real-time or near-real-time transaction visibility, secure file transfer capabilities for virtual card payments, and reporting that includes transaction and approval data. The selected provider must deliver integration, configuration, testing support, and a phased deployment approach. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The work will be performed entirely offsite, and the authority is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
