Cloud-Based Financial Reporting System

The county is seeking a modern, cloud-based financial reporting system to streamline and automate its reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance audit readiness. The current system relies on internal data maintenance that no longer aligns with modern cloud, automation, and security standards. To solve these issues, the agency requires a solution that reduces manual effort, eliminates data redundancy, and strengthens compliance with all applicable accounting and audit standards. The scope of work covers implementing a system that integrates directly with the existing PeopleSoft financials environment, as well as any future approved data sources and enterprise resource planning systems. The system must automate the compilation of financial statements and related schedules from verified financial data while maintaining a direct link to the source data for traceability. Additionally, the platform must allow read-only access for third-party applications such as Snowflake, Power BI, and Microsoft SQL Server, and it must support secure collaboration, version control, and forward-looking forecasting. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency allows the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget.
