Miami-Dade County is seeking a vendor to provide cellular devices and wireless services to support its governmental operations in Miami, Florida. The county requires a comprehensive equipment and devices catalogue including data-cards, AirCards, telemetry and IoT devices, wireless routers, security cameras, and devices supporting connectivity for traffic signals, cameras, and similar field equipment. The equipment list also includes Apple iPads, Microsoft Surfaces, and Samsung tablets with cellular connectivity, as well as comparable devices from other manufacturers as approved by the county. The agency needs reliable voice and data services that provide consistent call quality, minimal latency, and seamless integration with the existing county mobile infrastructure. Bidders must provide a detailed coverage map and a description of network quality, including 5G/LTE, legacy network coverage, and future capabilities and reliability within the county and statewide, specifically identifying key facilities and corridors. The county also requires a web-based portal featuring a dashboard, executive-level reporting, real-time inventory and line management, billing and invoice management, usage details, and dispute tracking. Eligible bidders must perform the work onsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The county is looking for proposals to establish a contract for a period of one year. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online. The county will hold a pre-bid conference on June 04, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 09, 2026.
