RFI for Enterprise Asset Management Technology Solution

The issuing agency is seeking information regarding an Enterprise Asset Management technology solution to better support its operational functions. The agency currently manages its assets and maintenance through a fragmented combination of tools, including Beehive, FASTER, GIS-related tools, Caselle, spreadsheets, and paper-based processes. To resolve these inefficiencies, the agency is exploring potential solutions to streamline workflows across departments and consolidate management of work orders, preventative maintenance, inventory, fleet, facilities, parks, streets, stormwater, traffic, inspections, and reporting. The requested scope of work covers information on software solutions, implementation considerations, mobile field capabilities, GIS integration, work order functionality, asset lifecycle tracking, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and reporting capabilities. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to occur either onsite or offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to understand budget requirements and has not specified a set funding limit.
