RFI for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technology Solution

The agency is seeking information on an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) technology solution to help inform future business system strategies. This initiative aims to identify opportunities for modernization, optimization, and potential system replacement across the current software environment. The current environment includes enterprise applications, departmental systems, internally developed tools, spreadsheets, and manual workflows. The scope of the request covers systems and supporting tools such as Caselle, UKG/Kronos, NEOGOV, Laserfiche, TRAKiT, Euna Supplier Network, Xpress Bill Pay, and other departmental applications. Respondents must provide both low- and high-cost estimates for the products and services, specifically for a software-as-a-service (SaaS) deployment. Performance of the work may occur onsite or offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. Interested parties must submit all questions no later than June 12, 2026. Responses may be submitted digitally via email or through an online portal.
