Web-Based Chemical Data Sheet (SDS) Management Platform

The Environmental Protection Agency seeks a vendor to provide a web-based chemical safety data sheet (SDS) management platform. The agency requires a centralized database for its chemicals to ensure all safety data sheets remain continuously updated. This platform must archive and maintain access to both previous and current versions of the SDS. The requested system must feature comprehensive search and reporting capabilities, including the generation of reports on the chemical inventory across all agency laboratories. The platform needs to provide reporting functions based on hazard classifications and identify any changes made to the sheets or classifications. Additionally, the system must allow users to generate read links or QR codes for specific locations or chemical products, and to copy or move chemical products between locations. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations located in Ireland. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
