Client Service Portal and Intranet Platform

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a modern, unified platform that supports both an employee intranet and a client service portal extranet. This platform must deliver a personalized, intuitive digital experience for colleagues, employees, and clients while enabling scalable, secure delivery of content and services. The agency needs to solve the challenge of reaching busy, hybrid employees through targeted, multi-channel communications, including integration with Microsoft Teams.
