Enterprise Resource Planning Transformation Service

The agency is seeking independent, objective advisory services to support the selection of an appropriate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution and prepare the organization for the implementation phase. The selected consultant will provide ERP marketplace expertise, translating the agency's business capabilities, operating model, and future state requirements into market-ready procurement documentation, evaluation criteria, and defensible selection approaches. Additionally, the consultant will deliver strategic and practical guidance to establish, operationalize, and reinforce effective ERP governance, decision-making, assurance, and escalation structures to maximize value when a separate Systems Integrator is later engaged. The scope of work requires conducting a comprehensive and current market analysis of leading ERP platforms and delivery models suited to large, complex municipal and enterprise environments. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this transformation service.
