Enterprise Resource Planning, Implementation and Transformation Solution

The agency is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf Enterprise Resource Planning application along with full implementation and transformation services. The selected vendor will take responsibility for end-to-end delivery, which includes business process re-engineering, benefit realization support, solution design, configuration, integration, data migration, testing, deployment, organizational change management, training, and post-implementation support. The agency also requires managed services to continue after the post-implementation period. The agency is trying to solve operational inefficiencies by establishing integrated enterprise data, standardized processes, improved reporting and analytics, and increased agility through modern cloud-based technologies. This initiative aims to enhance operational effectiveness, improve user and stakeholder experiences, and deliver long-term value. The performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore Canadian organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the contract period will span eight years.
