Shared Electronic Medical Record Platform

The agency is seeking a shared electronic medical record and electronic health record platform to strengthen data sharing and care coordination across the state. This initiative aims to improve clinical operations and interoperability across participating rural hospitals and provider entities, including non-hospital providers such as health centers, independent provider groups, and community service providers. The system must optimize interoperability and promote the use of a more complete longitudinal health record to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated, and cost-effective care. The project addresses the need to reduce administrative burden, improve care coordination, and advance statewide care integration by supporting the adoption and implementation of shared technology services. The selected vendor must integrate these shared services into routine operations and ensure staff readiness to deliver virtual care. The contract period will span one year, and the performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore United States organizations only.
