Cloud-Based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation and Support Services

The issuing agency is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based NetSuite enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and a NetSuite EPM planning and budgeting solution. The agency needs to solve the challenge of fragmented operations by implementing a unified, integrated ERP platform that automates workflows and enhances reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities. This modern, scalable platform must support operations across finance and accounting, procurement and inventory management, contracts and grants management, payroll and workforce management, document and records management, and information technology, security, and data governance. The scope of work covers implementation, configuration, integration, training, security configuration, governance controls, and ongoing support services. Performance of all requested work will take place offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. Eligibility is restricted to onshore USA organizations only. The agency has scheduled a pre-bid meeting for May 28, 2025.
