Cloud-Based Guard Tracking Software

The agency is seeking a comprehensive, cloud-based security workforce management platform to modernize field operations managed by its Safety Division. This software must provide real-time tracking of safety personnel, dispatching, scheduling, and incident reporting. The primary objective is to track Shift Leads, Mobile, and BSA team members while on patrol to enable greater direction and accountability through location plotting and designated checkpoints. The requested scope of work covers a guard tracking map, a thorough documentation and report review writing module, and a configurable reporting dashboard with user-applicable filters. The application must function seamlessly in portrait and landscape modes across desktops, tablets, and mobile phones of various sizes and versions. The agency requires the system to be hosted in a secure environment featuring a Web Application Firewall, Content Delivery Network caching, and Distributed Denial-of-Service protection. The platform must scale to handle traffic surges during emergencies and high-profile events while offering customized permissions and workflows. The agency requires robust monitoring features, including user activity logging, system event logging, website analytics, traffic reporting, content change logs, audit trails, and user activity reports. The software must also generate ADA compliance reports via UserWay and broken links reporting via Siteimprove. The selected provider must deliver go-live support and a smooth transition to Client Success. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency allows the work to be performed entirely offsite, and bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online.
