Student Records System

The Irish Department of Education is seeking a vendor to provide a student records system and deliver ongoing support. The project requires integration with the Quercas student records system, as well as support for the integration of external information technology systems. Performance of the work will take place either onsite or offsite. Only organizations based onshore in Ireland are eligible to participate in this procurement. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through the online portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals to define the financial scope of the project. The contract period will run for eleven years. Bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than June 11, 2026.
