RFI for Career Exploration, Education Planning and Workforce Development Platform

The agency is seeking a comprehensive, state-wide platform that integrates career exploration, academic planning, and work-based learning tracking. This system will serve as the primary workforce pipeline tool for citizens from Cradle to Career, supporting individuals from Pre-K through post-secondary education, career re-entry, and retirement. The platform must facilitate K-12 career exploration, postsecondary planning, adult workforce development, employer engagement, and data integration across education and workforce systems. The scope of work requires core platform capabilities including interactive career exploration tools, career cluster and pathway exploration, labor market information integration, and industry search tools. Career profiles within the system must include job descriptions, required skills, education pathways, salary data, and job outlooks. The agency prefers features such as interactive multimedia, immersive 360-degree career experiences, virtual workplace tours, and geographic-proximity-based views of high-demand occupations. The platform must also support Learning and Employment Records and digital verifiable credentials that remain accessible to individuals throughout their lifetimes. Eligible bidders must perform all work offsite and must be located onshore within the United States. The agency is requesting proposals to determine the budget and will establish a contract period of one year.
