Web-Based Paratransit Management Software

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based paratransit management software to replace its existing transportation routing and scheduling software, Route Match. The agency needs a new, easy-to-use system that enhances route optimization, improves staff efficiency, manages drivers and volunteers, ensures rider safety, and meets reporting requirements. The scope of work covers driver application communication functionality, a comprehensive client database, dispatching tools, trip reservation capabilities, automated scheduling, and vehicle fleet maintenance tracking. The requested client database must track a full range of data elements, including identification, contact details, emergency contacts, disability status, mobility aides, required accommodations, program affiliation, and customizable trip purposes. For dispatching and scheduling, the software must provide graphic route displays, real-time trip booking, duplicate entry safeguards, and fully automated batch or individual scheduling. The system must also track daily vehicle inspections, send maintenance notifications based on mileage and time, and provide dispatchers with web-based tools to manage on-time performance, no-shows, and cancellations. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite under a contract period of one year. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 3, 2026.
