Pensions System Modernization Solution

The agency is seeking a pensions system modernization solution to update its administrative business processes and legacy technology systems. The project requires a comprehensive understanding of the current market landscape for modern Pension Administrative System solutions and Retiree Health Benefits Administration solutions. The agency needs to identify vendors capable of supporting the complex administration of its multi-tiered and multi-employer pension plans. The scope of work covers maintaining and viewing employment and position data, as well as performing divorce calculations, divorce reductions, divorce deductions, and alternate payee account creations. The system must allow for ordinary retirement calculations, post-retirement death calculations, and benefit adjustments. Additionally, the agency requires capabilities to manage retiree health benefit eligibility, enrollment, and reenrollment, alongside reporting on compliance with health benefits. The requested solution must support seminar registration, appointment scheduling, and web accounts for member, employer, and PHIP TPA portals. The system must feature a responsive, ADA-compliant UI/UX that supports all major devices and browsers, incorporating digital signatures and alternative authentication. The agency is performing this work offsite and is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only.
