Cloud-Based Laboratory Information Management System Implementation Solution

The agency is seeking a provider to deliver and implement a comprehensive, cloud-based Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. The agency needs to solve the challenge of managing complex testing operations by deploying a fully capable, out-of-the-box solution that requires only configuration rather than custom development. The system must integrate electronically with existing external solutions, specifically Hach WIMS and ArcGIS, to support the Water Research Laboratory (WRL). The scope of work encompasses the provision of all software required for a complete and operable system, along with data migration from legacy systems. The selected provider must also perform instrument parsing setup and support, deliver project management services, and provide ongoing warranties, maintenance contracts, and support services. All work under this contract will be performed offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. Additionally, providers must demonstrate a proven track record of delivering cloud-based LIMS to laboratories that serve large water utilities or similarly complex and comprehensive testing facilities. The agency is currently looking for proposals to establish the budget for this project. The contract period will span one year.
