Mobile Radios System

The government authority located in New Brunswick is seeking a digital land mobile radio system and related services to support reliable, secure, and efficient voice communications across its operations. The authority needs to replace its existing end-of-life analog radio system with a modern digital solution that improves overall system performance. The requested solution must be based on an Internet Protocol multi-site trunked radio architecture and comply with Digital Mobile Radio standards. The scope of work covers a complete digital land mobile radio solution, including radio infrastructure, compatible user equipment, and associated implementation, training, and support services. Performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders are restricted to onshore organizations based in Canada only. The authority is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project, as no pre-set budget is provided. An optional pre-bid conference will take place on June 3, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026.
