Bus Camera, Video Surveillance, Wi-Fi Maintenance and Repair Service

The selected vendor must maintain all equipment in good working order and provide 24-hour service, including on-site repairs to vehicles when requested due to service needs. The scope of work covers preventive maintenance, service calls, troubleshooting of components, and component removal and installation as needed. The agency requires the vendor to provide all necessary labor and parts to service the video surveillance, camera, and wi-fi components. Additionally, the vendor must ensure that equipment firmware and software updates are kept current and reprogram equipment as necessary to restore normal operations using provided templates or generic templates. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency will allow the performance of the work to be offsite, and bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
