Property Vendor Management Solution

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to administer and manage a Property Vendor Management Service (PVMS) for remediation and construction contractors, an active contractor network, and related services across Canada. The agency requires a solution that establishes and maintains information security policies, standards, and procedures to protect facilities and operations. This system must secure information and personal information in accordance with industry best practices and specific security requirements. The scope of work covers the maintenance of administrative, technical, organizational, and physical safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of information. The requested solution must protect against anticipated threats to information integrity, as well as guard against loss, unauthorized access, modification, encryption, deletion, disclosure, or alteration. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations located in Canada. The agency is looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of the project. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 5, 2026.
