Passenger Information Signs Preventive Maintenance and Repair Service

The agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide preventive maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and support services for passenger information signs. The agency needs to ensure reliable operation and accurate, real-time public information by keeping all passenger information signs fully operational at all times. To solve this problem, the contractor must perform software and firmware updates, system reprogramming, and system configuration. The scope of work covers establishing a routine maintenance schedule for all sign locations and developing a detailed asset list that includes serial numbers, asset numbers, and part numbers. The contractor must schedule and perform repair services in a timely manner to minimize impacts on real-time passenger information delivery. All repairs to passenger information sign components must be performed by an authorized service center, and equipment must be reprogrammed as needed using provided or manufacturer templates. Eligibility is restricted to onshore, USA-based organizations only. The contractor will perform all work offsite. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, and the resulting contract period will run for three years. Bidders can submit their responses digitally via email or online.
