A government authority in Texas is seeking a Salesforce implementation partner to consolidate its current multi-org Salesforce ecosystem into a single, fully functioning Education Cloud. The agency needs to solve the fragmentation of its current systems to support a modern, unified digital experience for prospective students, current students, faculty, and staff. The scope of work covers strategy, migration, re-architecture, integration, and change management. The agency requires the delivery of a robust Education Cloud environment that incorporates Data Cloud, Student Experience Cloud with multiple audiences, and Education Cloud Student Success.
