RFI for Investment Data Platform

The agency is seeking information regarding modern data platform capabilities that can support its investment, accounting, operations, performance, and risk reporting needs through a centralized, governed investment data platform. This market research aims to define a data strategy and identify solutions for platform architecture, data governance, data quality, data lineage, master data management, analytics, and platform operations. The desired platform must handle batch and streaming ingestion, schema evolution, stewardship workflows, column-level traceability, and the creation of golden records for securities, issuers, accounts, funds, positions, performance, and risk. The scope of work requires respondents to describe their approach to project management, requirement gathering, and implementation phases. The agency needs to understand how a partner would collaborate with agency personnel while preserving agency ownership of key decisions. The requested information must also cover administrative tools for monitoring, scaling, permissions, pipelines, and cost governance, alongside data consumption options like SQL, APIs, semantic layers, and business intelligence tools. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand budget requirements, and all questions regarding this request must be submitted no later than May 29, 2026.
