RFI for Case Management System

The issuing agency is seeking a Case Management System to record and report on detected infringements. The agency needs to solve the problem of tracking both historic and new infringements through a single platform that offers filtered data views and robust reporting capabilities. The system must integrate with the agency's existing Digital Inspection System, which is a Power Platform application hosted on Azure infrastructure. The scope of work requires developing the system within the agency's currently supported technology stack of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics, hosted in the Microsoft Azure environment. The architecture must meet all cybersecurity, governance, and data protection requirements. The system must integrate with modern reporting and analytical tools, such as Power BI, and allow administrators to control user access to these reports. The agency also requires the ability to set permissions on a case-by-case basis, restricting certain users to view-only or edit-only access for specific aspects of a case. Bidders must be located onshore in Ireland to be eligible for this opportunity. The agency expects the performance of the work to take place offsite. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
