Enterprise-Grade Digital Preservation System Supply, Implementation, Licensing, Support and Maintenance Service

The National Archives of Ireland is seeking an enterprise-grade, Software-as-a-Service digital preservation system to protect digital content against technological obsolescence and data degradation. The selected solution must support automated and policy-driven preservation actions while integrating seamlessly with the existing Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Purview retention labels. Additionally, the system must integrate with the corporate archival cataloguing system, Axiell. The scope of work covers the supply, implementation, licensing, support, and maintenance of the digital preservation system. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Eligible bidders must be located onshore within Ireland to qualify for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project.
