Medical Bill Adjustment Software

The City of Philadelphia is seeking medical bill adjustment software to process workers' compensation bills and calculate allowable reimbursement rates. The agency needs a system to digitize key information from paper medical bills and calculate the adjusted reimbursement rate. The software must integrate with Assure Claims, the city's current case management software, to import claim and vendor information. The scope of work requires the software to create a case for each worker owed compensation and associate all incoming medical bills with that case. The tool must import data to correctly associate a bill to the billing vendor's ID, upload scans of physical bills, and link each bill with its associated parent claim. The system must also analyze the text of each scanned bill, assign bills, verify processing, and calculate reimbursements. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. The agency permits the performance of the work to be completed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget. The agency will hold a pre-bid meeting on May 26, 2026. Bidders must submit all questions no later than May 29, 2026.
